Product Description
I
hope you enjoy playing this fun duet version of Rockin Around the Christmas
Tree with a friend, family member or your teacher! This
would go down a storm at any Christmas concert or family gathering!
It would
also be a fun addition to piano lessons in the run up to the holidays. A sample is given for you to judge the difficulty. The primo part is simpler, with few hand position changes, mostly
melody in octaves, some two-note chords, accidentals and simple syncopation
which is in the tune that they already know! The secondo part uses some
three-note chords and more changes in hand position. Dynamics, articulation and
fingering are given on both parts. It could be a good opportunity to introduce
repeat, first/second time bars, segno and coda as the pupil will be familiar
with the order of the verses anyway!
Rockin
Around the Christmas Tree is also available for easy solo piano in my store. Also
available Christmas duets, pop favourites and festive classics, as well as
plenty of other pieces to enjoy year-round!
